Separate Sealed Bids for the Construction of Rehabilitation of a 1,000 GPM Water Well in Taylorsville, MS, will be received by Town of Taylorsville, herein called the “Owner” at the office of Town Hall, 202 Eureka Street, Taylorsville, MS 39168 or electronic bids submitted via www.heflinengineeringbids.com until 10:00 AM local time on July 26, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier’s check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents.

Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in whole or in part by anticipated funds from the ARPA Mississippi Municipality & County Water Infrastructure Grant (MCWI). This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as they apply to local governments, in accordance with MCWI Program Regulations.
