Separate Sealed Bids for the Construction of rehabilitation of a 550 GPM water well in Madison, MS will be received by City of Madison, herein called the “Owner” at the office of Madison Public Works, Attn: Ruth Gibbons, 1239 Hwy 51, Madison, MS 39110 or electronic bids submitted via www.heflinengineeringbids.com until 2:00 PM local time on August 2, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check or cashier’s check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be furnished by each Bidder as required by the Contract Documents.

Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in whole or in part by anticipated funds from the ARPA Mississippi Municipality & County Water Infrastructure Grant (MCWI). Neither the State of Mississippi, MDEQ, nor any of their employees is or will be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting or related contracts. This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as they apply to local governments, in accordance with MCWI Program Regulations.
